VES Mental Health Awareness Month Campaign

Led the development of a month-long Mental Health Awareness campaign for the Visual Effects Society, spanning targeted brochures and multi-platform social content. In response to widespread industry layoffs and studio closures, I intentionally moved away from “doom and gloom” messaging—instead spotlighting under-told stories, actionable tools, and moments of resilience to reignite hope and spark engagement across our global community.

Social Media Polls and Carousels

The image shows a woman working at her desk with framed artwork on the wall, and a smartphone interface with options to vote on when was the last time she took a lunch break.
Social media poll asking about how many hours someone worked without logging, with emoji voting options from 0 to 10 or more, and a calendar showing hours worked each day of the week, in a city skyline background, promoting mental health awareness.
A graphic with a large boulder between two cliffs, with text overlay reading 'Feeling Stuck? 7 Ways to Rethink a Creative Plateau' and a hashtag '#MentalHealthAwarenessMonth', promoting mental health awareness.
